No-Show Policy

Aylmer Veterinary Clinic is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client does not show up for an appointment without notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, we now have a No-Show Policy for all medical appointments scheduled with a veterinarian.

Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect the veterinarian’s time and the constraints of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you call or email the clinic at least 24 hours in advance to let us know so we can offer that appointment to another patient who may need prompt medical care.

If 3 no-shows occur within a calendar year, the client will be required to pre-pay for the exam portion for any future appointments at the time of booking, before coming in to see the veterinarian. This pre-paid exam fee is non-refundable if the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment.
